Our youths will transition into independent housing and learn the life-skills needed to become responsible adults.
Discover sessions
Youth will be engaged in learning and developing “soft” and “hard” independent
living skills and self-care skills.
Goal setting
Goals setting will include job search, following a budget, educational planning, home safety management, obtaining driver's license, and interviewing skills. Mentoring programs will also be provided.
Individual coaching sessions
Independent living placements will be offered through a variety of residential living arrangements where youth have the opportunity to practice independent living skills with decreasing degrees of care and supervision.
